February 10, 2009 Circulation Report
Since the last circulation report, of
December 18, 2008, the counter on the home page has accidentally re-set.
The 252,698 figure in bold below is the number of successful requests
for pages, which is different than the number of hits the counter was
registering, which numbered only about 9,800 for more than two years
before the counter accidentally was re-set. The 9,800
number may only have been counting each visitor who ever came to the
site, not the distinct number of visits in all. [In the case of specific
pages, the numbers typically in the hundreds were on the same basis]. So with that, here are
the latest numbers.
